[Resolved]  Gati-Kwe — Consignment stuck with no update after assured delivery date

Hi,

Docket number:[protected]
Complaint number: 21048098

Reached out to customer care, no helps on the status tracks. Everyone the customer care says the same info, which a general user can track from the docket status. What's the use of customer care then?

My consignment assured delivery date was 3rd May, and consignment was picked up on 24th April. There was a delay on loading and then there is a delay on delivery.

Please update me with some status.
