I have a product booked on my name on 02 Oct 2019 and so far not delivered, it is supposed to deliver on 07 Oct 2019.

I called the customer care and raised the complaint on 12th Oct complaint no. 35039603. But no action taken so far, tried reaching your customer care on 14 Oct and when explained the problem to your representative, he asked me to hold for a min and later the called got disconnected. After that i tried many times, but the number is busy.

Please see that my courier is reached immediately to my location or let me know were can I pick my product in Hyderabad.

I feel the delivery of 12 days for a product with in Hyderabad is very late and want to know the actual reason behind the delay.

Hope I get a resolution to my complaint ASAP.
