With reference to the above said ref. We had booked the consignment through your express transport on dacc (Delivery against consignee copy) basis. We had the consignee copy in our file. But we came to know that this consignment had been delivered to the consignee by not receiving the consignee copy in original and pod has been also updated on your system.

We here by confirmed that the invoice value has to be recovered from the consignee is your sole responsibility and we request you to re credit the invoice amount to us in the form of demand draft favoring m/s.
