Gati-Kwe — Damage and bill for docket[protected] and[protected]

They have a very sweet reply on this that it is at shipper risk not owner risk,
This information was not asked to me nor did I sign any document and even after booking this from there website they allotted me a pick up from third party and when a registered employee does these things you cannot spot it and also i am asking them for gati receipt they are not providing me .
Demanding for a bill is a customers right and there is the scam as they quoted me more than gati which i guess i s an offence for gati and customer that is me .

Third party bill given instead of gati and on demanding the bill he says the bill is of secure package and docket number are assgigned to me[protected] and[protected]

Complete information is not provided and booking done by third party in the absence of my knowledge and also my materials are completely damaged

No response and resolution on my complain it has been 8 days i am mailing customer care and they say concerned department is looking but i can not wait for 1 month as all the materials are essentials and also i am working and can not waste my time on explaining them
