I booked 04 luggage and 01 scooty for transportation from Gurugram to Goa through Gati courier vide docket no.[protected] on 28 Oct 21
I have received 04 luggage in safe condition after reaching Goa. However, 01 scooty (GA 06 Q 1779) was damaged while transportation by Gati and presently kept at Gati warehouse in Verna, Goa.
I have contacted customer support representatives multiple times and briefed about the same. But unfortunately none of customer support representatives resolved my problem of compensation claim for damaged scooty/ guidance on required documents for the claim. Moreover, no call back was arranged till date despite of multiple times promises by customer support representatives.
I was mentally harassed and my previous time was wasted. Moreover, I am obliged to go office daily by walk.
It is therefore requested that strict action be taken against the firm for the mental harassment of the customer and firm may be instructed to give back the scooty as it was while the time of booking.
