Daylight Theft by Gati!!
This mail is regarding the non-delivery of docket[protected] and the corresponding pain points for the customer with respect to using the services of Gati.
I had placed a delivery request fairly easily using Gati online portal, for delivery of an AC from Kolkata to Varanasi. The pick-up from Kolkata was delayed for a week and finally picked up on 28th February. Docket number[protected] was assigned to it by Gati and delivery within 3 days was committed. It reached Varanasi only after 6 days on 6th March 2022, and the item has not come home even now, after more than a month of reaching Varanasi!
We tried to reach out to Gati multiple times but did not receive any response. Their Whatsapp bot (Ginnie) feature is very useless and responses from the live agents are pathetic, repetitive, and delayed. Each response from live agents takes 10 minutes every single time, and within 5 minutes of not replying, users are signed out of the conversations. No one from Gati proactively reached out till now for delivery or for any other matters. After a lot of difficulty, I obtained the contact number of the concerned individual in Varanasi, Anil Kumar Pandey, who did not seem enthusiastic in picking up the call or in delivering the item. The customer care number[protected] given by the Whatsapp bot also does not get connected.
Request you to kindly intervene and help us get back the AC or compensation for our lost AC by Gati. Was this information helpful? |
