[Resolved] Gati-Kwe — delay in delivery when will it reach me

My docket number eq[protected]in still not yet delivered. The status show in transit since 13november 2017. Expected delivery was by 20 november. No tracking status update since then. Whene will i get my parcel. Are you guys even planning to sent it to me or going to deliver it next year. This is so frustrating waiting for your parcel for one month. Please look into this matter.
