Gati-Kwe — Delayed Delivery - No updates

My docket (doc id[protected] reached Kolkata on the 14th of August. But it has been in the same place for over 2 days now.
16th August was the assured delivery date for my docket. Today is 17th and it is still showing 16th as delivery date.

I did not receive my docket on the assured delivery date and now I am still having to wait for complaint resolution from your end.

The entire payment is done.
It reached kolkata on time then why this delay is still happening?

There is not much clarification from customer services side as well.

Hi,

My docket[protected] had reached Kolkata on the 14th of August. After raising a complaint on this platform yesterday it moved to in transit again.

Now it has been in transit for over 14 hours. How can a docket take so much time to move within the same state? Or is this a fake status update for consoling the customer?

16th August was the assured delivery date for my docket. Today is 18th and it is still showing 16th as delivery date and today also it hasn't been out for delivery yet.

Kindly try to understand the customer urgency, I need this docket by today due to some emergency
