[Resolved] Gati-Kwe — Delivery delayed and wrong reason

Regarding docket[protected]. Delivery delayed by Gati itself but reason mentioned that Customer Delay Delivery Reque. Still delivery not done yet. It was sourced from Bhubaneswar and destination Bangalore Whitefield Kadugodi. When we called on actual delivery date, Gati employee replied that due to Maha Sivaratri employees are not available but when we verified they put blame on customer. Mar 12, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Customer care followup the delivery boy then I have received the courier. But observed service provided by Gati is not professional bcuz delivery boy called me ground floor to pick 75kg of material to 3rd floor even though paid for door to door service along with lift available Gati-KWE customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 12, 2021 Gati-KWE Customer Care's response Dear Sir, We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. But as per company polices we provide ground floor to ground floor service.
