My name is mr rajpal, i am the owner of naru equipments. Recently, i bought your service to deliver my goods and i am really really very dissapointed with the kind of service provided by your company. Please refer to docket no.[protected]Recent order) & docket no.[protected]Older order).in both the cases the goods were damaged enroute. This is not the kind of service expected from a reputed brand like yours. It seems your services have deteriorated beyond repair. Twice i have experienced very very poor service from gati. Because of your pathetic service, reputation of my business is at stake. Also, insurance claim for damaged goods take alot of time and i am yet to receive claims for my previous claims for docket no.[protected]. I request you to look into this matter with urgency and resolve the issues asap failing i will be compelled to use necessary action and even refrain from using your services in the future.
