Gati-Kwe — Docket Undelivered - Assured Delivery Date is Crossed

I have been waiting for delivery for days but there's no response. The consignment (two wheeler) has been lying in the destination city since 9 days now and it has crossed the assured delivery date of April 30, 2022. Very negligent service and highly irresponsible and inefficient ground staff. Request your immediate attention. Now, I am not even able to track the shipment and says docket number is invalid. Some chat screenshots with Gati's whatsapp assistance also attached for reference.

Updated by animdas This is the delivery agent's number who is literally making excuses to me over phone in making the delivery [+91 [protected]]. Very unreliable and pathetic service.

Please look into the matter urgently and close the case by today (May 2) itself because tomorrow is a holiday.
