Gati-Kwe — Does not believe in delivering on time

I have ordered a couple of things from myntra and unfortunately, it is coming via gati courier. they donot care about their so called 'assured delivery date'. i have lodged a complaint and have been following up for 2 days but in vain. their '1st half of the day' turns into night and moreover they lie saying that the item is out for delivery, which is not the case. i am already fedup waiting and calling and listening to lies. i dont understand how they go about their business with this kind of lackadaisical attitude. docket no[protected],[protected]
