Gati-Kwe — door to door delivery

I have sent my trolley bag with docket number[protected] from bareilly to pune (Door to door delivery). It was supposed to be delivered on 24th december 2019 and today 3 days have passed. I raised complain in gati and contacted so many people. Everyone provides me different status, someone says that parcel is on the way, someone says parcel is in their store, someone says parcel is at wrong location, someone says destination pincode is wrong. I have a feeling that they must have lost or damaged my valuables and hence they are hiding the truth. Please help me.
