I had ordered sports goods from xyz.com whose delivery is handled by gati, when the package did not arrive on time i checked with the website customer care and i got a response saying the package has been returned as gati has updated the status as concerned customer was not available, but i did not receive any call from the gati delivery agents and the status update was fake which i confirmed later, when checked the same on the internet. It is a common problem with gati courier service. Worst courier service
