Gati-Kwe — Gati employee giving false claims | |
I had booked your services through the agent whose number is on your website (+91 [protected]). He confirmed that the payment would be made after delivery of my cargo. Now he is claiming instant payment. And on asking why he is saying that i will have to pay 3000 extra that will be storage or holding charge. Also he is not providing any registration number nor tracking Id to ensure that my cargo is even sent to Gati. Moreover according to your gati deliver calculator. The price for my cargo is half of what he is saying. The only invoice he has provided has its id, gst number and all key details editted. The same is attached with the complaint.
