[Resolved] Gati-Kwe — gati is not delivering the shipment and the docket status was changed to undelivered (very confusing) | |
I made a purchase in Flipkart, they have shipped the item through Gati courier. Item reached nearest hub to my place on 13th October 2018, but till today[protected] they have not delivered the shipment. Their assured delivery date is 16th, even today i can see the same date in their tracking portal, even they do not have any common sense o[censored]pdating the correct delivery date. I called many times, their customer case persons repeating the same answer every time (we will deliver in 1 or 2 days). But i did not received the item. Very pathetic and fraudster service. Also they changed the current status of my docket to "Undelivered", and the reason they mentioned was "Undelivered due to TIME CONSTRAINT (GA UNABLE TO DELIVER ON TIME)". Now i am in confusion what will happen to my shipment, as they are always lying. My docket number is :[protected]. Attaching the screen shot for more details. Please look into this issue.
