[Resolved]  Gati-Kwe — gati-kwe extremely poor service and unprofessional people

Gati kwe lost one of my five packages and are trying to cover it up. The remaining four packages are in bangalore and still not being delivered by gati kwe.

Gati kwe customer care is unprofessional and unresponsive. Not sure if any of my packages will ever get delivered to me.

Will never use gati kwe again and would recommend people to stay away from gati kwe.

I am failed to understand that why Gati is telling lie to customer,
my Tracking ID[protected] and status shows that Undelivered due to CUSTOMER REQUESTED ANOTHER DATE OF DELIVERY but they people did not
contacted to me and i am not requested another date of delivery,
