[Resolved]  Gati-Kwe — I am not received material as per date

I booked material as date 14 th february at jharsuguda my docket number is[protected]. With two packet but one packet are missing on the way after some days documents are missing then material are moving hear and there. I complain last 6 days but material till not received my complain number is 18634551. And i loss 20000 because party deduct for delay delivery. Please help me
