Sir my docket no[protected], booking was from Hyderabad to Ranchi my goods have reached Ranchi -27/11/20 but, I have received my goods on -1/12/20 there was a delay and even 1 item is missing and even a bad behavior from the store manager, name of the store manager is Mr. Akbar and his mobile no---[protected], his behavior and his service was worst never expected this from gati never will I use this service and even recommend others to do so .
