Gati-Kwe — Incomplete delivery of consignment and damage of items during shipping

I booked my consignment of household goods to be delivered from one place to another on 14 apr 2017. the goods were delivered on 26 apr 2017 after a lot of persuasion and follow up. once the goods were delivered it came to notice that one bicycle was not delivered and few other items including a motorbike were damaged.

I have complained to the customer service twice through email with merely a reply that one of their customer service executive will contact. Fact of the matter remains that nobody has taken pains event just to speak.

on contacting the person at booking place it has come to notice that the bicycle has been left behind. however, actions to ship it to its destination are yet to be initiated.
request direct the company representative to do the needful at the earliest to avoid any further inconvenience.
