Dear Sir, My Docket No[protected] Parcel booked date was - 2/9/2021 Parcel Assured delivery date was - 3/9/2021 As per my docket tracking status it's showing that my parcel arrived at destination on 3/9/2021 at 3:27 pm & also my parcel assured delivery date was 3/9/2021 but at the evening I received a phone call from delivery person and said that he could not deliver my parcel on 3/9/2021, I have paid high charge to gati courier service for deliver my parcel fast at destination but after taking high charge from customer I did not received my parcel on time which committed by gati during parcel booking, it's very poor service from a big courier company like Gati. Request to concern kindly to the needful for deliver my parcel & take strong action against the delivery person who intentionally delay to deliver my parcel after knowing that customer paid high charge in gati for faster delivery & also knowing that 3/9/2021 was assured delivery date of Docket No[protected].
