1. Note that none of my previous complaints have even been replied to, let alone an update.
2. On 23. March, a representative of your company who identified herself as pooja called the recipient and promised a delivery in 2 days.
3. Note that your system does not show any update since 10. March. Despite this, your representatives continued to promise as follows:
- promised on 17/03 that item was out for delivery, representative said he would personally follow up.
- promised delivery in 2 days on tues 20/03
- promised delivery in 2 days on sat 17/03
- promised today that item will be delivered in 2 days, and then immediately closed ticket - and marked that 2 delivery attempts were made.
- when i called again, i was told no recourse is available since ticket was closed in system.

1. Tracking information provided by agents on call is different from what is seen on site? I was in multiple calls informed that item was out for delivery, when i pointed out that item was not showing so in the website.
2. Are your agents expected to promise delivery and then close tickets? Do you expect that items be received by customer, or is a promise of delivery sufficient basis to confirm that ticket can be closed?
3. Your customer "service" team uses customer contact information to promise delivery, but will automatically mark "out for delivery" and then return items to sender?
4.in my call today, your representative refused to open a complaint (Stating that complaint was closed - without any acknowledgement from customer?). There was no way to talk to any senior representative.
5. Gati "customerservice" does not reply to emails from customers
