[Resolved] Gati-Kwe — late delivery of courier | |
So my courier was dropped at 23 march 2019 at gati kwe surat center and was assured to deliver by 26 march 2019 in chennai.So i tried tracking my docket number on 24 march 2019 but it showed an invalid docket number.so i complained to them but they didnt knew about this problem.they solved it but when i saw it the status of the delivery it was still in surat on 25 march 2019.So my delivery started when i complained to them and then got delivered on 30 march 2019. it had medicines and food in them which doesnt sustain such long period. Docket number is[protected].
