[Resolved]  Gati-Kwe — lost packages and now they are tracking after 10 days

We tried to reach gati_kwe, the expected date of delivery of packages was 27th feb, 2018 but till date they do not have clue where the packages is. No one is sharing proper information. They have lost tracking of 5 items out of 6. How can they loose tracking of product and behave irresponsible. The docket number#[protected].
