Gati-Kwe — Missing item and damage required compensation | |||
Hi this is Atanu. I have reallocated from Bangalore to Njp by Gati-KWE with a Docket no of[protected].Its a House hold product of 76 item. Firstly they have delivered all unbroken item of 33, After that they have taken 15 days to deliver my other products. in that i have side by side door Fridge the door of the fridge is damage, i have one diwan which was broken and brought to me inside lots of goods is missing one expensive Persian carpet missing, Dining table chairs broken, Mattress all spoil, . I have called to customer care regarding this but they are not responding me properly. Now i dont have any option what to do. Even gati sales manager of Bangalore i have spoken but not responding properly. Was this information helpful? | |||
