I am making a final attempt here before I file a legal consumer case again you. I have booked a shipment AWB / Tracking number:[protected] which is not delivered yet. When we reached your customer care - first of all no one responds promptly - complaint number CS193597 which has been closed without proper reason. Gati had great brand name but the support system of yours is pathetic.
After multiple attempts, Gati has simply updated the website mentioning "Docket Detained - Connection Missed". How come the package itself will be missed? Don't have courtesy to call and update the customer and compensate the customer? Was this information helpful? |
