I send a brand new otg of borisil company which is list during shipping the docket number is

I want a new replacement for my product there was athorough negligence on the part of gati as well as the customer care representatives i raised my issue from4 july with the complaint number19040432 but it was taken very lightly and iwas never given a call back I collected the numbers online and nobody is interested to help you out and because nobody has to refund only the company has to refund it i want a thorough investigation into the matter otherwise i want my product back as it is from the market
