My package was picked up on 13 th October 2020 docket number[protected] from Mumbai and delivery date to Patna given 20th October 2020.On 21st October received the following message : Dkt #[protected] is Out for Dly . ContactPerson: SHANKAR KUMAR RAJAK/[protected] or To Track Download App - http://onelink.to/hracna. But the given contact number of delivery person is not available and since package is not delivered and now on the tracking ID it’s showing “Material not found”and got no response and support from the local office when contacted.
