Gati-Kwe — my parcel is not delivered | |||
My Gati kwe docket no[protected].I should be getting my parcel on 07/06/2019 which was booked from banglore to Hyderabad. The parcel was lying in the HYDERABAD north since 06/06/2019. I called the customer care number of Gati many times and raised a complaint but no proper response from them. They claim that their service team called me but I didn’t answer the call. I haven’t received any call from them. And now when I checked the status of my courier on their website, it’s mentioned the reason for delay as customer delay delivery request. What kind of people are these Gati God alone knows. They lie without giving any call to the customer that they have called and say that customer had requested to delay the delivery.
