Gati-Kwe — neither responding to calls not delivering my shipment after 17 days of delays

I had booked a chair delivery for my son from jaipur to goa on 29/07/2018 and got an assurance that it will reach goa on 5/08/2019 to my son.
But the shipment didn’t reach and gati customerservice continuously mentioned me till 13/08/2018 that due to climate, the shipment is delaying which i excused also to some extent.
On 14/08/2019 i got an update for my docket that shipment has reached goa. Still till today it has not been delivered to my son.

I from the bottom of my heart have fed up and will never encourage anyone to use gati services.
Kindly intervene and get my shipment delivered.
