Gati-Kwe — No delivery status on my shipment | |||||
Hi This is to bring to your notice that my shipment with the docket number[protected] had an assured delivery date of 15th October. The tracking status states that it had reached Kolkata on the 7th of October. My shipment has been lying at your Kolkata warehouse for the past 8 days and no one has even bothered to update me about the status. Upon reaching out to your customer support team today, I was connected with the Kolkata local team via a conference call. To my utter dismay, the team didn't have a clue about my luggage. The person from the Kolkata warehouse first said that the shipment with the above mentioned docket number hasn't reached Kolkata. On pushing him again, he said that he has to locate the shipment in the godown. How pathetic and irresponsible can you guys be? I need an immediate reply on this.
