Ordered a parcel from Hong Kong to Chennai, which was received in Delhi on 17/10/2020, and after paying duty fee with prime express, the parcel sent to gati team to take over the delivery.
my promised date of delivery of my parcel is on 21/10/2020. it's still not delivered the pack.
No proper contact details is given. feeling frustrated to call customer support on daily basis and ask for the resolution and finally fed up with no action was taken. help the parcel to reach me/ else provide me the contact number to escalate this issue.
