My Docket Number is[protected], my complaint Number is[protected]I had booked on 29 May 2915, my stuff for seven items from Tejpur to Shimla, . Only six items have been delivered. For one item (brown colour carton in the photo) I have been pursuing with all GATI authorities, howeever they are just being sorry and not making any endeavour to find out my stuff. For such a big company this must be a small loss, but for us its a collosal one. The handling guy says, why you have not done insurance..Such pitty words can only be spoken after the stuff is lost.Because thats the easiest escape route. Today is 6th august for last two months Iam regularly calling GATI guys, just to hear negative and unprofessional approach. I had even sent them the phpto of my stuff.I want my stuff back. No earth quake, no floods have occur .When my six items can be delivered, why not the remaining one. It is just poor handling, Neglecting chalta hain attitude which has plaqued our services... The customer care rep says he wants to close the case. But from my side the case is open. We will fight till its end... Regards
