Booked a cartoon of rakhi from Kolkata to Hyderabad to be delivered to Siddipet transport for early delivery assured date given was 10/08/2021. Paid builty. Not yet received the material and the time is 7:30 p.m dt 11/08/2021. Taked to the person mobile no.[protected] spoke rudely and seems he doesn't care to the customers need and urgency . Because of your services my order have been cancelled. As Rakhi is very near, knowing the urgency than to not delivered in time. In your mail box also complained but of no use..
As per yours behaviour customer who have send the material is a beggar asking for it.
