Gati-Kwe — Package delayed, still not delivered

Have I done a mistake by choosing 'Gati' ! I am facing serious issues due to the delay in delivery. The parcel was booked on 10th of September 2021 and was supposed to be delivered in 3-4 days but the same is not done and is routed to a different state of India. This troubled me to an extent and I have cancelled my several other parcels as Gati fails to provide their services.

Tracking portal shows assured delivery date as 15th of September, but still the parcel is not delivered. Ridiculous service, facing troubles due to fault of 'Gati'.
