Gati-Kwe — packet didn't received on committed even still didn't received

On 26th sep i sent my clothes from bangalore so that i can receive packet on time on reaching noida. Verbally they said within 4 days you will get but in slip they mentioned 2nd oct. Today is 10th, till now i didn't received. Everyday i am calling them where is my courier they are just saying today evening or tomorrow for sure you will get. I am just tired to for calling them.

Updated by Deep Shikha Kumari It is not just about the packet, how can you people do this with consumers, we pay for your service and you people don't courtesy to share the timely status of our packet if it is delayed for any reason . You have to gave compensation for this and have to pay my phone bill that I spent on your customer care on roaming. Just harassed me mentally a lot, which is not acceptable in any circumstances.
