Gati-Kwe — parcel delivered even after 11 days

With reference to docket no.[protected], the assured delivery date for my parcel was 3rd october but it is not delivered till now. I am following up every day and getting the same response that it will be delivered the next day and we have arranged a call back for you with the local team. I did not recieve a single call back till now. Even a complaint was registered for the same and has been escalated but nothing has happened. Please let me know what happened to my parcel and when will it be delivered?

Thanks for arranging the call. In the call, I was told that my parcel will be delivered by 12 PM on 16th October but I am yet to receive any out of delvers notification for the same.

Updated by rohsai The parcel is not delivered even on 16th October which is 13 days post their assured delivery date. The local team had confirmed that they will deliver the parcel on 16th by 12 PM but still it's not. Pathetic service
