[Resolved]  Gati-Kwe — product not delivered and wrong status updated

Product is not delivered yet,

My product actual delivery date is 3rd sept. After my complain, (Complain no.[protected], they shows they attempt to deliver on 4th. But not delivered yet.

And now it shows, "undelivered due to customer requested another date of delivery" which is totally wrong.

If i was complained for not delivered on time. How can i confirm them to change the delivery date.

I complained another time at 8 ' o clock on wednesday 4th sept.

Also courier boy no. (Ashok kumar singh[protected] given is wrong.
Many people are complained same thing on this consumer forum. But company does not change their practice.

As per the status the consignment should have been delivered to destination by 3rd October 2017. Customer care no. is always engaged. We are not able to get any further status about the wherabouts of the material
