Gati-Kwe — Received damaged product

I have Recived the package on 21/08/2023 docket no[protected]
With damage on 1 package, my assured delhivery date was 19/08/2023 and package was on carrier risk. But i waited after Recived the package was my bike and it has damage on tank and stand of the bike. I have already sent mail twice with all photo attached to mail. It been more than 5days but there is no response from support team. Whenever i call customer care they you will get a call in 1hour but there is no call for whole day.
