My name is Vaibhav rai I had booked and parcel from gati KWE by docket number[protected] on dated 2nd December 2020 from Mohali to Varanasi and I received my items into the broken form after that I come go to the company website and complaint against the same docket number the company said we will complete your all the process within the month at the same time they register my complaint and i email to the company also regarding the broken of articles.in the same connection company send here at Varanasi and agent of insurance company will take the images and make their all the details and send to the company once again but out so many times I had been trying to connect with the company that name that EQ but they always said under process under process now the time is more than three month but till late I didn't receive my amount as per the insurance company I requested kindly look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible it's really harshing me.
