I had booked my Motorcycle from Sonipat to Bengaluru on 25 Apr 22 with assured delivery date of 30 Apr 22.
However there was no news till 02 May when I called customer care executive twice which I was given an answer that there was no data in their system. I categorically said that if the motorcycle had not shipped and is still in Delhi then I dont want its transportation and I want refund but they said that they will get back. But nobody came back.
Again I called on 04 May and I asked then they informed me that the motorcycle is outbound which I was contrary from my instructions. I asked about their escalation matrix which is absent from their website too.
I was finally given a number of a Customer Care executive Ms Komal who traced that their was mistake from their deliver team and she assured that their Mr Bhardwaj will call back. But till date no one has called back.
Today is 07 May but there is no news about my motorcycle.
As it was assured delivery by 30 Apr and I have given substantial premium of Rs 8800/- over normal delivery by train of around Rs 2500/-. I request my money be refunded as the company has not met its terms and moreover has shown no empathy for its customer. I am certain that there will be many such cases.
