[Resolved]  Gati-Kwe — regarding irresponsible behavior

Dear sir
The status of docket number[protected] is showing * undelivered due to address not found*
But i want to tell you that from last two years, every month i have recieved courier from gati at same address as a example docket no[protected] and docket no[protected]
So kindly tell me why did docket number[protected] return??
It is happening second time and because of that i am facing problem,
What should i do please suggest me
