Gati-Kwe — shipment not delivered to my address | |||
I ordered a Washing Machine from Flipkart on 10th October 2019 and the assured delivery date was 15th October 2019 but today is 17th October and I am still waiting for my shipment. As per track record it is showing that on 15th October 2019 shipment is out for delivery but undelivered due to concerned person/customer not available whereas I was waiting for my shipment whole day and I didn't received any call from gati team. Now today again tracking was showing shipment out for delivery from morning and now it is undelivered due to incomplete address details. If address is incomplete then on 15th Oct how these people reach to the same address to check that person is not available. I just wanted to mentioned that given address is correct as I received so many shipment on the same address. I contacted with their customer care they gave me complaint number but nothing happened.
