[Resolved]  Gati-Kwe — shipment still undelivered 8 days passed assured delivery date

I shipped a 5 kg shipment from chennai (Maraimalai nagar) to bengaluru on 2nd apr. The assured delivery date was 4th apr. Docket number is[protected]. Today is 12th apr, 8 days passed the assured delivery date, but still the package is undelivered. It is in jigni for the past 8 days without anybody doing anything about it. I registered a complaint with them already. Complain number is 18833931. I call them almost once in two days. Everytime they say they will look into it and in reality they take no action. I asked them what is the penalty for such a late undelivery. They said some other person from complaint department will call me. But i haven't received any call. This is extremely frustrating. This is the worst service i've ever experienced.
