On 4th December, I received notification from GATI that my parcel is out for delivery. But without any contact, they updated the status of the shipment as undelivered due to warehouse closed. It was again supposed to be delivered on the 5th but nothing happened. Today is the last date of assured delivery and I have not heard any updates yet. Gati-KWE customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 17, 2021 Gati-KWE Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Your shipment is showing delivered on 08-DEC-2020. Kindly provide us a line of confirmation if you have received the shipment.
