Now sitting on 11th no body in your system is giving me exact status of the shipment. I tried to reach every body possible but could not get any status update for last 2 days. I have raised an complaint : 12958473 but no help from that also. Request you to look into this on urgent basis otherwise i have to initiate Legal procedure to recover the losses i have incurred.
