Gati-Kwe — Tracking information

My package was traceable a few days ago but today when i checked for the same online, there was no information available. It still says "no data found in this docket number"
My docket number is[protected]
The transit status last shown was that my package will be travelling to noida. That's it.
Today no such information is shown. I feel like i've been scammed since their customer care number says "out if service" or "doesn't exist"

I had booked my luggage from Srinagar to sagar docket no.[protected] on 10 August. On 14 aug it was showing positive pickup status but now " no data available". I am unable to trace my parcel. Customer care always busy... Dealer not picking up the call. Kindly help
