My courier had reached the Gati Chinchwad on 13th November 2020 early morning. I had made a complaint with Gati customer care on 16th and made sure to get a complaint number[protected] registered. I was assured by the customer care executive that I will be given a call from the concerned department soon after having a word with the local team. I called again on 15th November 2020 and 16th November 2020, twice daily and was given the same assurance that the team is looking into the matter and the request has been put on high priority to deliver the courier of 25kg soon, and I will be getting a call from the local team or the complaint department but I did not get any updates on that yet. On 16th November 2020 the courier was marked as out for delivery in the morning at 9:30 am and was marked as Undelivered Due To Material Not Found at 6:30 pm. I don’t know if Gati has damaged, tampered or lost my courier. I have been a fake assurance that the department will call you back on high priority basis.
Having the worst courier experience only with Gati, I have used all other small and big courier companies, Gati has proved to be worst in matters of service and customer care.
