[Resolved]  Gati-Kwe — worst service and no response from agartala gati branch

I have booked materials from agartala at 2/12/2017 materials will be despatch on bangalore. But i did not get any docket number. From 2 days i m calling pritamda he is the manager of gati in agartala branch.. Every time he told me that with in 2 minutes he is giving me docket number by whatsapp. Still now i did not get docket number.
What a worst service by agartala gati.
Please take a proper step so as i can get docket number.
