[Resolved]  Gati Ltd — delivery of my shipment

I, siddhant rathore had sent the shipment of docket no[protected] from kanpur to hyderabad on 20 mar 2019. Shipment reached in a very horrible condition. Even the packing was completely torn and neither the dealer nor the company is answering to my request. Their behaviour had been very bad and neglect. Kindly help me out and take some steps so that company should understand that they are not beyond the users and have some integrity to value their customers.

They damaged all my items and few are broken to that extent that it cannot be repaired
They are not even responding to the complaint made
The items were marked as fragile items
